Submissions for late breaking posters is now open

The call for late breaking poster abstracts is now open. Authors will be notified of the outcome of their submission on Tuesday 8 December 2025.

For your poster to be considered, authors are required to register and pay to attend the Conference BEFORE submitting their abstract.

Late breaking poster abstract submission closes: Monday 8 December 2025
Late breaking authors notified of outcome of submission: Tuesday 9 December 2025
Late breaking authors acceptance deadline: Tuesday 16 December 2025

Presentation Type
Late breaking abstracts will be considered for poster presentations only.

Themes
The scope of the conference includes research on all elements of the hydrogen supply chain (production, storage and distribution, and utilisation) as well as cross-cutting topics. The Australian Hydrogen Research Conference Program Committee invites you to submit an abstract for presentation under one of the following topics:

  • Hydrogen Production
  • Hydrogen Storage and Distribution
  • Hydrogen Utilisation
  • Cross-cutting Topics, including:
    • Policy and Regulation
    • Safety and Social License
    • Environment
    • Ancillary Technology Services
    • Modelling

Abstract Template
Abstracts are required to be submitted using the guidelines in the below template. 


Abstract Submission Amendments
Abstracts can be amended via the poster submission portal until 5pm AEDT on Monday 8 December 2025. 

Abstract Notification and Acceptances
The details provided as the author contact should be the nominated main contact for your abstract. Communication relating to the submission will be directed to this. 

Abstract review results will be communicated to the author contact on Tuesday 9 December 2025.

Acceptance of offers are required to be advised to the Conference Office by no later than 5pm AEDT on Monday 15 December 2025.

ABSTRACT PRESENTER REGISTRATION
The invitation to submit an abstract does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation or registration costs associated with the Conference.

Presentations must be delivered in person and the ability and willingness to do so is a condition of acceptance into the scientific program.
